+£5/month per extra block of 20 active clients. Never a hard limit - archiving a client you no longer act for frees up room again straight away.
+£3/month per extra 5GB of uploaded documents, once the included 5GB is used. Scanned PDFs and photos are the main thing that adds up - most practices this size won't come close.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is paused. You'll see it on your account, and the
relevant add-on is billed from your next invoice - there's no surprise cut-off
mid-request.
What counts as an "active" client?
Any client you haven't archived. Archiving is reversible and instant from your
client list, so cleaning up former clients is normal housekeeping, not a support
ticket.
Can I change my mind after the trial?
Yes - cancel from Settings any time, and you can request an export or deletion of
your data under our Data Processing Agreement.
